Deepika Padukone Ranveer Singh Wedding Reception: Bollywood invited on THIS date and not 28th November
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot in the Konkan style rituals. While they will be soon holding a ceremony following the Sindhi rituals, looks like they'll have not two but three receptions.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have finally made it official as the two are now man and wife after the Konkan rituals that took place earlier yesterday. Following the Konkan style wedding, they will now have a Sindhi style ceremony too, the theme for which is apparently red and Deepika will be dressed in pink. The pre-wedding rituals kick-started with a Nandi pooja for Deepika organised by her mother in her hometown Bengaluru while Ranveer had his haldi ceremony a day later.
Reports about the Mumbai reception being held on November 28 came in when pictures of the invitation card for the reception came in. However, turns out that November 28 will be the party just for the Bhavani family’s social circle and a few people from the media. The reception invites for the whole of Bollywood have been sent out for December 1, 2018, and not November 28. Hence, this means that the two will be having not two but three receptions, the third one in Bengaluru on December 21, 2018.
Deepika's work schedule is rather easy going than Ranveer's, who has his next film, Simmba releasing on December 28, 2018. Post their wedding and a brief honeymoon, Ranveer will be apparently moving to Deepika's apartment in Prabhadevi until the two zero down on what their dream home will look like and where will it be.
Pictures from what the Konkan wedding looked like have been doing the rounds on social media. However, there have been no official pictures yet and looks like there is some more wait for them after all.
