Deepika Padukone Ranveer Singh Wedding: Newlyweds' bespoke juttis are nothing less than elegant

Last evening was all about royalty as Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh hosted their first wedding reception in Bengaluru. The much-in-love couple tied the knot at an 800-year-old villa facing Lake Como in Italy on November 14 and 15, 2018, in the presence of their immediate family and close friends. Soon after that, they returned to Mumbai on November 18, 2018, and were welcomed by thousands of fans at the airport.

For their Bengaluru reception, Deepika opted for a gold zari kanjeevaram saree from The House of Angadi, which was a present from her mother. She wore an emerald choker, strings of pearls and hair tied in her signature centre-parted bun with sindoor. Talking about Ranveer, he looked handsome as ever in a black and gold embroidered sherwani by Rohit Bal. The sherwani was paired with black pants and matching embroidered shoes. Talking more about their footwear, Deepika and Ranveer wore bespoke footwears which were designed by Sabyasachi in the collaboration with Christian Louboutin for their wedding.

Now, Deepika and Ranveer have returned to Mumbai and were snapped at the Bengaluru airport a while back. They will be hosting their second reception in Mumbai on November 28, 2018, for their family and friends here. Post that, on December 1, 2018, DeepVeer will be hosting a grand bash for their friends from Bollywood and the event will be attended by who's who from the industry.
