One of the biggest wedding of the year 2018 is just a few hours away and what we can’t wait for are the photos of the same. However, till those are not in, we are here to give you some insights into Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding festivities on Day 1. On the first day of wedding celebrations, Deepika and Ranveer were all set for their Mehendi and Sangeet at luxury resort CastaDiva by the side of the picturesque Lake Como in Italy. We already told you that singer Harshdeep Kaur would be performing on their sangeet and that happened as per plan.
The playlist that was on during the sangeet ceremony included peppy tracks like Mehendi Ni Mehendi, Kala Shaa Kala, Mehendi Hai Rachne Waali and Gur Nalon Ishq Mitha. Considering Ranveer Singh’s Sindhi roots, the sangeet had a Punjabi touch to it. The friends and family who were there grooved to the beats of the Punjabi Dhol and the entire functions was Punjabi style. But, what Ranveer Singh did post this was absolutely amazing. The future groom took to dance floor and sang a song from his own film. Yes! Ranveer sang Tune Maari Entriyaan from Gunday and enthralled the guests. After this, old music was played by the DJ at the sangeet with songs like O Haseena Zulfon Wali.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to tie the knot on November 14-15 at Villa del Balbianello in Lake Como Italy. The couple had announced the same on social media by a joint statement that left all their fans dazed. The couple will be returning to India on November 18 and will be hosting two receptions. One will be in Bangalore on November 21 and the other one will in Mumbai on November 28. But, as of now, everyone just wants a glimpse of the Future Mrs and Mr Singh.
