Deepika Padukone Ranveer Singh wedding: Friends and family members shower love and blessings

Fans waited with bated breath since evening to see photos of their favourite couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married today according to Sindhi rituals and yesterday as per Konkani rituals. The couple finally shared photos at about 8 PM much to the delight of their fans. Deepika and Ranveer invited only their close-knit circle for the wedding in Italy. The tied the knot at a spectacular 800 year old villa overlooking Lake Como. The other pre-wedding functions took place at CastaDiva Resort in Lake Como area.

After they shared photos, B-Town celebs shared the sweetest messages to congratulate the newlyweds. Ranveer and Deepika’s friends and family who witnessed their wedding ceremonies showered love and blessings on the couple. Deepika Padukone’s team including her hairstylist, makeup artist and stylist reposted the photos she posted and captioned it with heartfelt messages. Shaleena Nathani, Deepika Padukone’s stylist shared, “Only love @deepikapadukone @ranveersingh !!!! Her makeup artist Sandhya shared that the wedding was magical.

Ranveer Singh’s close friend Rohan Shrestha posted the photo and captioned it, “Love trumps all”. Anna Chandy posted, “It was an honour to witness your nuptials”.

Ranveer Singh’s team too was ecstatic about their wedding and posted sweet messages. His stylist shared that Ranveer’s father Jugjeet Bhavnani quipped after their wedding, ‘Yeh Deewani toh Bhavnani ho gayi’.

Yesterday, Deepika Padukone’s cousin Amit Padukone shared a heartfelt tweet congratulating the couple. He wrote that he has never seen Deepika happier and welcomed Ranveer to their family.
