Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have tied the knot in Italy, in two separate ceremonies yesterday and today. After their Anand Karaj ceremony today, the couple shared photos from their wedding on social media. Deepika and Ranveer look stunning and deeply in love in the photos. The couple will throw a party today in Italy to celebrate their wedding with their friends and family. The couple got married in Italy in the presence of only 40 close friends and family members.
The couple will be hosting three wedding receptions in India after they return on November 18, 2018. The festivities will continue for the couple as they will celebrate with their friends and well-wishers. Their homes in Mumbai are lit up and decorated with beautiful floral arrangements. Deepika Padukone's building entrance is also decorated with lights whereas at Ranveer Singh's residence is decorated with colourful lights and chandeliers. Ranveer Singh bought an entire floor in the building he resides in and it has been renovated. The couple will reportedly shift there soon.
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone chose November 14 and 15 as their date of wedding as their first film together, Goliyon Ki Raas Leela- Ram Leela released on the same date 5 years ago. The couple grew close and love blossomed between them during the shoot of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film.
Bollywood celebrities including Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Priyanka Chopra, Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez congratulated them on social media. The couple has invited their Bollywood friends for their reception that will take place on December 1, 2018.
