The theme was red and the bride and the groom looked beautiful in red outfits designed by Sabyasachi. The couple got married at the spectacular Villa Del Balbianello, on the banks of Lake Como. The couple only invited their closest friends and immediate family members to their wedding. After the wedding today, a sit-down lunch with their family was planned. Guests were served authentic Sindhi recipes like Sev Barfi, Koki, Dal Pakwan and Rabdi. Yesterday, on the menu were Konkani dishes like Poran Poli, Rasam among others. As per reports, pastry chefs have been called from Switzerland for the wedding cake and desserts.
The couple is partying with their close friends now and it’s an all-night party. They will celebrate their wedding with their friends and cousins tonight. Tomorrow, a few guests will be leaving for India and the couple with their parents will arrive on Sunday. Their team and their friends posted heartfelt messages for the newlyweds on social media.
For the wedding today, groom Ranveer Singh arrived with his baarat on a boat. His friends were captured in a snap dancing on the boat. Singer Harshdeep Kaur performed live during the wedding ceremony.
