Today's heartwarming letter in our Dear Oppa series has been penned by Shannon from Quebec, Canada to NCT’s Mark Lee. Read her letter below:
I have only been into the world of k-pop for a few months now and still learning a lot about who's who in the business. I still don't know a lot of the music or the artists in the genre but I am learning. I have had my eyes opened to a new world of music that I don't even understand fully but still feel I can enjoy regardless. One particular person I have latched onto and started to learn is a certain Mark Lee. He's definitely younger than me but I feel like he's someone I can connect with not just with the music. I have been watching a lot of YouTube videos with him alone or with other members and he seems to have an aura or presence about him that draws me in. He is so good at what he does with rapping too it amazes me at his age to be so good and successful with it. I also look up videos of him just laughing and it seems to always make me feel better in the moment especially if I am having a bad day and sometimes on the verge of tears.
Love,
Shannon from a small town in Quebec, Canada.
