In today's Dear Eonni edition, a fan from The Philippines has penned a sweet letter addressed to the K-pop group Red Velvet. Andrea Velayo writes to the group, expressing their gratitude towards the group for constantly inspiring them. They revealed that the group has changed their life. To the famous, inspiring and kind-hearted lady who is considered my favourite, my idol:

I know that you probably will never see this and that you most likely don't know who I am or that I exist, but that doesn't stop me from being an active fan of your works and of you as a person. Really, if you think about it, it's a sad relationship: I know who you are, you don't know who am I, but through the power of your talents and public appearances on the internet and T. V. together with the Red Velvet members, it's as if we are all connecting. We're millions actually. 

Everyone needs inspiration, especially in this day and age. Inspiration can come from anything or anyone and can affect a person of any age. I want you to know that you are my inspiration, Like, you changed me. And I never regret to stan Red Velvet, I never regret to stan you, Irene unnie. And it is through your work that I find at least some force of determination to reach my dreams.

Though I may have only seen you on screen, that hasn't gotten me. I can only hope to get to meet you soon after this global crisis, even if it's only for a couple of minutes or seconds so that I can hear what you have to say. 

You're an amazing leader :) And Wendy unnie was right, that Red Velvet won't be here in front of the crowd and be successful if it wasn't for you. 

Remember that we love you, all of you and we're so happy that we saw RED VELVET, yes ot5, all five of you perform in previous sm free concert! 

Just want to say thank you for everything. I thank you Red Velvet for saving me through my a lot of hard times, and for making me smile when no one else can.
