The first episode of the epic Coffee Prince reunion was aired last week and it was everything we imagined! The MBC docuflex, titled My Dear Youth – Coffee Prince, saw the OG cast members namely Yoon Eun Hye, Gong Yoo, Lee Sun Kyun, and Chae Jung An come together and take a walk down the memory lane and share their thoughts on numerous scenes and BTS moments. One such moment that was discussed during the documentary was the passionate kissing scene featuring Choi Han Kyul (Gong Yoo) and Go Eun Chan (Yoon Eun Hye).
For the unversed, in the episodes leading to the finale of the series, Choi Han Kyul and Go Eun Chan are seen passionately kissing, with Han Kyul holding up Eun Chan against the door while the latter has her hands all over his body. During the special documentary episode, the steamy kiss scene was played out again and both the stars evidently turned red. During the revisit of the scene, Gong Yoo revealed that Yoon Eun Hye did something in the scene that wasn't' even a part of the script.
As reported by Dispatch and translated by Koreaboo, the actor revealed that the portion where Yoon Eun Hye pulls up Gong Yoo's T-shirt wasn't a part of the plan. "I lifted her up and pushed her up against the door. Look at that. She lifted up my shirt. That wasn’t even in the script," he revealed. An embarrassed Yoon Eun Hye added, "What’s so important about the script when it comes to things like this?"
Gong Yoo went on to confess that he wasn't aware her hands were there. "I was too distracted," he admitted. Yoo Eun Hye also confessed that she was really distracted in the scene. Well, distracted or not, we think that was one of the steamiest scenes, even today! What do you think of the scene?
