Celebrity BFFs BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Girl's Day's Hyeri all set to record for Knowing Bros on April 11
One of the most popular idol variety shows, Knowing Bros, will have an upcoming episode with Rosé and Hyeri.
Get ready for another fun episode of Knowing Bros with BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Girl's Day's Hyeri! Often seen supporting each other like best friends, the singers are confirmed to start recording tomorrow, ie., on April 11. Knowing Bros started in 2015 as a variety tv show with the concept of comedians as high schoolers and Korean celebrities every week as transfer students - engaging in fun activities and slapstick comedy.
Hyeri joined the girl group Girl’s Day as a new member in 2010. This will be the second time she will be featuring on Knowing Bros as she first appeared on the show in 2017. She’s also known for her leading role in Reply 1988, which was critically acclaimed nation-wide. Since 2018, she has been a member of Amazing Saturday, a weekly TV program with a focus on playing games with the guests. She left the show in late 2020 to focus on her career.
As for BLACKPINK’s Rosé, her debut solo album has been topping the charts and making waves since its announcement. Scheduled to release on March 12, 6 PM KST, BLINKs have been looking forward to the album, which features two songs - title track, On The Ground and Gone which was pre-released in their virtual concert last year.
The two singers first met on Amazing Saturday’s stage in 2018 and then again in 2019. That stage has been the start of their friendship. Since then, Hyeri and Rosé have been supporting and encouraging each other consistently. After all, isn’t that what best friends do?
