BTS Week On Fallon: Bangtan Boys revisit Gyeongbokgung to perform Mikrokosmos & leave no dry eye in the house
For their fourth performance on BTS Week, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook revisited Gyeongbokgung to perform Mikrokosmos. Trust us when we say this, we were sobbing by the end of the performance.
If you ever heard Mikrokosmos, you will understand why the fourth day of BTS Week became a teary affair. The septet has been delivering performances after performances every night this week as part of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. From Dynamite to Idol and Black Swan, the boy group brought the house down with their hit numbers. As their week on the international show comes close to an end, BTS returned to the Gyeongbokgung, aka Gyeongbok Palace, to perform Mikrokosmos.
RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook took one end of the Palace to leave the ARMY emotional with their performance. Bringing memories from the numerous concerts where they performed this song just before the curtain call could take place, the members had the ARMY reaching out to their ARMY bombs and waving them while the septet performed. If that wasn't enough, they broke all the tear gates when they incorporated the ARMY into the video.
As the music video reaches the end, purple lights rise from the roof of the majestic venue to form the ARMY logo. If this doesn't melt your stone-cold heart, we don't know what will! Check out BTS' Mikrokosmos performance from BTS Week on Fallon while we finish another round of crying!
Before BTS could leave us all emotional, the members joined Jimmy Fallon in a game of Zoom Olympics. The members joined the late-night show host to participate in a series of challenges which include the Groundhog challenge, TV remote balance and guitar pick challenge. The easiest way to sum up the game is: Jin got hit by his microphone, Jimin got caught cheating and Jungkook won. Any surprises there?
