BTS' Grammy nomination is nothing short of historic, iconic and life-changing. The superstar septet will be the first Korean act to be nominated as well as perform at the prestigious Grammy awards this Sunday. BTS members and their beloved fandom, ARMY are super excited about BTS' solo stage at the Grammys. In a recent interview with the Recording Academy, BTS members revealed their initial reaction to their historic nominations and who they called first upon receiving the nomination nod.

ARMY might remember Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook sitting in their dorm's living room, watching the nominations announcement together. Fans might recollect how Joon threw off his phone in excitement, Jimin hugging the members, Jungkook hooting and clapping at their name being announced and Tae being unmoved, allowing the feeling to sink in. The other members revealed they were asleep when the nominations were announced and woke up to this historic announcement and ARMY's ecstatic reactions on Twitter. The group revealed that they called their respective families first upon the Grammy nomination nod. J-Hope revealed the special someone he called first, his pet pup Mickey! The response earned a lot of cute and adorable reactions from the members and ARMY too.

BTS' is nominated in the Best pop/Duo category for their pop-disco track Dynamite! They will also be making their debut solo stage performance at the 63rd Grammy Awards on Sunday, March 14.
