Hrithik Roshan’s film Super 30 has completed three successful weeks at the theatres and according to latest predictions, it will continue to keep a steady hold at ticket windows for the next two weeks till the big Independence Day releases. Another good news for the film and fans is that Super 30 has been declared tax-free in 8 states so far, including Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, and the latest being Haryana.

A report in Box Office India states: “Super 30 maintained very well in the third week with collections of 18 crore nett apprx. The film dropped 525 from the previous week to take its three week total to 131 crore nett plus. The film still has another two weeks till the big Independence Day releases which means it will comfortably cross the 140 crore nett mark. The film could be at 140 crore nett by the end of the fourth week or at least very close to it.”

Super 30, also starring Mrunal Thakur, Virendra Saxena, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Shrivastava and Amit Sadh, became the seventh-highest-grossing Hindi film of 2019 after entering the 100 crore club in the second week. The film follows the life of mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational program Super 30, which selects 30 talented candidates every year from economically underprivileged sections of Indian society and are trained for the IIT entrance exams. While the film received mixed review, the actors were applauded for their performance.
