Simmba Box Office Collection Day 7: Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s film Simmba is unstoppable at the box office. The film hit the screens on December 28 and since then, it has been registering cash at the ticket windows. Simmba is the story of Sangram Bhalerao (Ranveer), an immoral and a dishonest cop. He falls in love with Shagun (Sara), who runs a catering service near his police station. Ranveer, who plays the role a dishonest cop, completely changes when the woman he considers his younger sister, 19-year-old medical student Aakruti Dave, gets brutally raped and killed. It is an official remake of the Telugu film Temper. Simmba's Box Office Collection is strong and the film ended its first week on a high note.
Simmba Box Office Collection now stands at a total of Rs 150 crores. It earned Rs 12 crores on Thursday. It will be interesting to see how the film fares at the box office in its second week. Will it be able to cross the magical figure of 200 crores at the domestic market? This only time will tell. Despite the festive season being over, Simmba is maintaining a stronghold. Both Sara and Ranveer have been appreciated for their roles. Sonu Sood portrays the role of an antagonist in the film. The film also stars Siddharth Jadhav and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles. The film also sees cameo appearances by Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and the Golmaal team.
