Kabir Singh Box Office Collection Day 2: Shahid Kapoor starrer grows steadily, to cross Rs 50 crore soon
Directed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy, looks like the box office collection of Kabir Singh will soon cross the lifetime collection of Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda.
Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh released on Friday, June 21, and has taken the box office by storm. After registering a record-breaking opening of Rs 20.21 crore on day one, the day 2 collection is reportedly even more impressive. Shahid, who features in the hit Telugu remake of Arjun Reddy, essays the role of an alcoholic surgeon and the actor has received praise from all quarters for his performance. Directed by Sandeep Vanga Reddy, looks like the box office collection of Kabir Singh is already touching the lifetime collection of Arjun Reddy.
According to Box Office India report, India's World Cup match on Saturday against Afghanistan did not affect the revenue. After collecting Rs 20.21 crore on day one, Kabir Singh earned in the range of Rs 21 crore to Rs 22 crore nett on day two that is Saturday, June 22.
Considering that the film got an A-rating from the Censor Board and had a staggering opening, the day two collection is commendable and establishes the fact that it's going to be a huge success at the box office. Currently, the two days nett figures of Kabir Singh are now estimated to be in the range of Rs 41 crore-42 crore.

The report also added that it may become the highest Shahid Kapoor solo grosser in just three days. While Arjun Reddy's lifetime collection was around Rs 49 crore, Kabir Singh will undoubtedly be crossing that figure by the end of five days.
