Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez's Judwaa 2 has been doing an outstanding business at the box office. Judwaa 2 is unstoppable at the box office and is inching close to INR 200 crore at the global market. It has earned INR 197.73 crore at global ticket windows.

At the domestic market, the film has minted INR 125.84 crore in two weeks of its release. Judwaa 2 sees Varun bringing back to celluloid the iconic characters Raja and Prem, previously portrayed by Salman Khan in Judwaa, which was also directed by David Dhawan.

"I genuinely hope I can make people laugh and smile and just enjoy. We need to learn to laugh at ourselves and not be scared of judgment. So I did this film to do that this is an Indian genre, not something influenced by the West," Varun shared a day before the release of the film.

Though the movie received mixed reviews from the critics, the audiences have enjoyed the movie and were nostalgic while watching Judwaa 2.

After beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal and gaining the third spot in the list of the highest openers of 2017, Varun Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 is now in the list of the top 10 highest opening weekend grossers of 2017.
