Fanney Khan box office collection day 1 LIVE UPDATES: Here's how much the film is expected to earn TODAY

Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Rajkummar Rao starrer Fanney Khan, has finally hit the screens today (August 3, 2018). The film is directed by debutant Atul Manjrekar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Anil Kapoor, P.S. Bharathi, Rajiv Tandon, Krishan Kumar, Kussum Arora and Nishant Pitti. Fanney Khan also stars Divya Dutta and debutante Pihu Sand, who plays Anil's wife and daughter respectively. Anil, Aishwarya and Rajkummar have been going all around the town with the promotions of Fanney Khan and fans have been eagerly waiting to watch.

With three films clashing this week, what are the chances of Fanney Khan scoring big? 2.45 PM: As per Box Office India reports, Fanney Khan has had a terrible occupancy report on Day 1. The film starring Anil, Aishwarya and Rajkummar in the lead roles have got only about 5-7% occupancy in India. The movie is leading with more screens and might pick up towards the evening shows.

12:45 PM: Fanney Khan has reportedly opened to a poor occupancy report on the first day of its release. The state is similar to other two releases for the day that is, Karwaan and Mulk. All the three films have not got a good hold in the morning shows. Here's what trade analyst Sumit Kadel has to say:

11:45 AM: Out of all the 3 releases, trade analyst Girish Johar gives a thumbs up to Fanney Khan, says, "As of now, Fanney Khan is expected to lead on Friday. Since the film is packed with an ensemble cast including Anil, Rajkummar, Aishwarya and Divya Dutta who all are a powerhouse of acting, it will attract more audience. It might open with a collection of Rs 2.5 crore on its first day."
