Andhadhun Box Office Collection Prediction Day 1: How much will Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte's film make?
Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu starrer Andhadhun is all set to hit the screens tomorrow. We got in touch with Girish Johar (Film & Trade Business Analyst) to know his take on the day 1 figures for the film.
This week will see the clash of two major films at the Box-office, Loveyatri and Andhadhun. While Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain starrer Loveyatri is musical romantic drama, Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu starrer Andhadhun in a neo-noir thriller. While the trailer of both the films appealed the cinephiles, only the box-office collection will tell who will see the bigger success. As for any movie, box office figures matters as much as the content. So, in order to get a prediction of box-office collection of Andhadhun we got in touch with Girish Johar (Film & Trade Business Analyst).
Analysing the figures based on the early reviews and feedbacks, he said, “I feel the movie is expected to mint anywhere between 2.74 to 3 crores on day 1. The trailer got a good response from the viewers and keeping the word the mouth in consideration, the screening has also received praises, however, how genuine it is will only be known after getting viewers reaction on the film.” He further added that the second half ie., the evening shows will be really important if we go by the word of mouth.
Andhadhun is the first film together for Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte. Helmed by Sriram Raghavan, the film portrays Ayushmann in the role of a blind pianist and Radhika plays his love interest. Actors Tabu and Anil Dhawan also have pivotal roles in the film.
