Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt's Badrinath Ki Dulhania traces the love story of Vaidehi and Badri. The film is continuing its dream run at the ticket windows and has a strong hold at the box office. The film has earned INR 61 crore in its five days of release. Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a sequel to 2014 hit Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.
Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt's Badrinath Ki Dulhania has also become the third highest opener of 2017 after Shah Rukh Khan's Raees and Akshay Kumar's Jolly LLB 2. The film has been appreciated by both the viewers and the critics alike. Fans have also liked the powerhouse performances of both the lead actors - Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.
This is the third film where Alia and Varun have shared the screen space after Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Student Of The Year. Varun and Alia were out and about promoting their film. Both the promotional techniques and positive word-of-mouth helped the film positively at the ticket windows.
Their oh-so-cute antics in the film surely was one of the reason which got the viewers of the theatres. Badrinath Ki Dulhania hit the theatres on March 10, this year.
It'll be interesting to see whether the film enters the 100-crore club or not.
