Box Office Report: Raees and Kaabil witness a drop on its 1st Monday!
Shah Rukh Khan's Raees and Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil's clash has been in headlines for a while now. Both the film have witnessed a drop in their collection on first Monday.
Raees has been appreciated for Shah Rukh Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui's performance and their police-chor drama. SRK's look in the film was also liked by all the viewers and girls went gaga over his kohled eyes.
Monday is a day when the collections of any film show a drop. As per Box Office India, Raees collected INR 6 crore on its first Monday and in total, the film has minted INR 98.25 crore at the box office.
On the other hand, Kaabil has connected to its audience emotionally. The subject of the film was based on two blind people falling in love and then things went downhill when Yami Gautam was raped by the goon of the city and Hrithik was set out in a revenge mode.
According to BOI, Kaabil also had a drop on its first Monday and collected INR 4 crore and in total has earned INR 58 crore in six days of its release.
However, prouction figures are that the film has collected INR 6.04 crore and in six days, it has grossed INR 73.50 crore. Raees' production figures are still awaited.
