First Weekend Box Office Report: Vidya Balan's Kahaani 2 continues its steady pace!

Kahaani 2 tells the story of Vidya Balan aka Durga Rani Singh whose wheelchair-bound daughter suddenly goes missing, and she meets with an accident while searching for her.
In terms of box office numbers, Kahaani 2 has collected INR 16.50 crore in its first weekend. The film also showed growth on Sunday and minted INR 6.75 crore. To be successful enough, this movie directed by Sujoy Ghosh, has to have a strong hold on Monday as this is the time when the films' collections show a drop in the sales.
