Box Office Report: SRK-Alia's Dear Zindagi continues its dream run at the ticket windows

Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt's Dear Zindagi has been appreciated for its novelty. The viewers praised both SRK and Alia's performances. Despite the cash crunch by demonetization, the film directed by Gauri Shinde is doing well at the ticket windows.

The film earned INR 12.50 crore on Day 3 (Sunday). In total, Dear Zindagi has collected INR 32.50 crore in its first weekend. The film opened with a strong start by collecting approximately INR 8.75 crore across 1,200 screens in India.

Dear Zindagi traces the journey of Alia Bhatt's character Kaira through love, heartbreak, with Shah Rukh guiding her through her trials. It has garnered largely positive reviews and good word of mouth reaction from fans and movie goers.
