Box Office Report: Alia & SRK's Dear Zindagi continues its steady pace on Day 1!
Dear Zindagi, which released worldwide this Friday, is English Vinglish director Gauri Shinde's second feature film and features Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. The film has got a positive feedback from viewers who watched it on the first day. The word-of-mouth publicity is expected to boost its collection in the afternoon and evening shows.
On Day 1, Dear Zindagi has earned INR 9.50 crore. The film is expected to earn up to INR 35 crore by the end of the opening weekend. Dear Zindagi has been made on a budget of INR 30 crore. The Highway actor has been appreciated for the portrayal of a complicated young cinematographer Kiara. Meanwhile, SRK was also praised for his role of a mentor.
