BLACKPINK's diamond maknae, Lalisa Manoban is a force to reckon with, but it seems, YG Entertainment's mistreatment towards Lisa is pissing off BLINKS to no end. A couple of days back, BLINKS took to Twitter to trend, 'YG Treat Lisa Right and 'YG STOP SABOTAGING LISA to bring to light how her label is not promoting the group's promotional activities and her solo projects (the Lili film Official YouTube channel) properly. Fans have been demanding proper treatment and respect for Lisa.
Today on March 15, BLINKS took to Twitter to trend, 'YG Hear Us' after their pleas went unnoticed by the company. BLINKS want YG entertainment to issue an official statement to affirm whether Lisa's solo debut will release in 2021 or not. They want YG Entertainment to ensure that the quality of the music video will be top-notch and her wardrobe, hair and make-up will be of superior quality. Fans also want Lisa's solo to be different from anything she has done before and that Lisa should get proper promotions and variety show appearances to promote her solo work.
There is another hashtag trending, '57 in YG Area'. The hashtag and tagline have now surpassed 200K tweets. BLINKS demand full autonomy for Lisa in regards to her solo debut. Fans want Lisa to freely express her artistic side and be in charge of everything. BLINKS have even sent a van outside YG Entertainment's office, demanding better treatment for Lisa. The ball is now in YG Entertainment's court!
