Happy Birthday, Yoongi! Alright, we don't drop the cheesecake, as Bangtan's rapper-songwriter-producer turns 28 years old today (29 years in Korean age). Suga aka Agust D aka Min Yoongi was born in Buk District, Daegu South Korea. He has an older brother, Min Geum Jae and an adorable pup, named Min Holly. Suga was the second member to join BTS and co-incidentally the third oldest member in the group too!

Suga is known to be one of the most talented rappers and music producers in the industry right now. Suga became interested in rap after hearing Ragga Muffin by Stony Skunk, stating that it was different from anything he had ever heard before.  Epik High's Fly cemented his love for rap music and he decided to become a rapper. Suga learnt everything about music production and rapping on his own and dislikes the idea of studying music in theory. He was an active underground rapper, by the rapper name, Gloss and was part of the Hip-Hope crew, D-Town in 2010. He originally joined BTS as a music producer but eventually debuted as an idol with BTS. ARMY, are in awe of Suga's 'genius' talent. The Korea Music Copyright Association attributes over 100 songs to Suga as a songwriter and producer. Daechwita, D-2's lead single surpassed 200 million views on YouTube recently. In addition to that, he has collaborated with IU, Halsey, Suran and Max to create some amazing music.
