Not Salman Khan, but Aamir Khan was the first choice for 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'!
Though Kabir Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is winning applause globally for its heartwarming story and the stunning performances by Salman Khan and Harshaali Malhotra, not many are aware that Salman wasn’t the first choice to play the role of Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi.
Writer Vijayendra Prasad, who has not only written ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ but is also the person behind the script of ‘Baahubali’ which was directed by his son S.S. Rajamouli, said this in an interview that he had Aamir Khan in mind to play the role of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
However, Aamir was busy with ‘PK’ and ‘Dangal’ and hence couldn’t do the movie even though he had loved the script. In fact, not just Aamir Khan, legendary actor Rajinikanth too turned down the film, which was later lapped up by Salman Khan.
Salman not only acted in it but also decided to produce it and the result of which we surely know!
