Just In: Riteish-Pulkit’s ‘Bangistan’ release postponed to August 7!

Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat’s ‘Bangistan’ which was scheduled to release next week alongside ‘Drishyam’, will not hit the theatres on August 7, 2015.

Going with the reports, it seems the humongous business and demand of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Baahubali’ has led to the change in the release date. Also, with Ajay’s ‘Drishyam’ slated to release next week, ‘Bangistan’ would have hardly got any screens for the release.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on twitter and posted, “Due to unprecedented demand and historic collections of #BajrangiBhaijaan and #Baahubali, #Bangistan now shifted to 7 August.”

Meanwhile, ‘Bangistan’ will now be clashing with Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Calendar Girls’ which also releases on August 7, 2015.
