Riteish and Pulkit turn rappers for ‘Bangistan’
Actors Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat, who are currently busy promoting their upcoming movie ‘Bangistan’ slated for a release next week, have turned rappers. The duo got into the avatar of Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden to shoot a promotional song for the movie.
When the idea of shooting the rap song and its lyrics were shared with Riteish and Pulkit, they both were in splits and agreed to do it instantly.
Interestingly, both Riteish and Pulkit liked the quirky idea of the song and thought that it fits into the film perfectly. They researched the mannerisms, walk, talk and other distinctive facets to make the characters of Saddam and Obama look believable in the video. The song was shot in half a day and will be aired in the next few days.
‘Bangistan’ is all set to release on August 31, 2015.
