Box-Office Report: Baahubali maintains stride, mints 255+ crores in 7 days!
Keeping the stride rock steady, S.S Rajamouli’s Baahubali-The Beginning has raked millions of moolah in a week. Till Thursday, the film has minted more than 255 crores approximately.
The multi-starrer, high-budgeted film is going strong and had released in four languages- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The film has shattered many records and its Hindi version too is doing extremely well.
According to Trade Expert, Taran Adarsh, the film has upped its business and till Thursday, the Hindi version had amassed a business worth 47 crores (approximately).He tweeted, “#Baahubali [Hindi version] Fri 5.15 cr, Sat 7.09 cr, Sun 10.11 cr,Mon 6.10 cr, Tue 6.15 cr, Wed 6.05 cr, Thu 6.12 cr. Total: ₹ 46.77 cr. WOW.”
According to a Box Office India report, Baahubali (Hindi) trends like a 100 crore film even on weekdays. The film has neared the 100 crore mark in almost all formats.
Till Thursday, the numbers reflect excellent business. On Friday, Salman Khan’s EID delight, Bajrangi Bhaijaan released and that has shattered Opening day records. The final numbers are yet to come. But how much will Bajrangi Bhaijaan affect Baahubali’s business, that only time will tell!
