Host Arshad Warsi shoots for ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’!
Recently, there were many speculations regarding who would be stepping into Kapil Sharma’s shoes to host his popular television show ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’.
According to reports, Kapil Sharma suffered slip disc while shooting for one of the episodes and has been advised bed rest. The actor is also busy shooting for his upcoming films. Hence, Sharma decided to bid adieu to his shows for few weeks, till he is back in action.
However, like they say, the show must go on and therefore actor Arshad Warsi was approached to host the show, given that the ‘Guddu Rangeela’ actor is known for his impeccable comic timing. And while there was no confirmation on same, Arshad himself posted about this on twitter.
He shared, “Just want to thank @KapilSharmaK9 for letting me experience the fun he has on his show. Had a super time with his super crew.”
To which Kapil replied, “@ArshadWarsi thank u bhai.. U were just superb.. Lots of love :)”
Well, we can't wait to watch this new episode!
Meanwhile, there were also reports of Riteish Deshmukh hosting Comedy Nights with Kapil. However, Riteish rubbished them and clarified on twitter, “As reported by many sites - I am not hosting episodes for Comedy Nights with Kapil- wishing @KapilSharmaK9 a speedy recovery.”
