Lopez recently revealed how she manages to keep her skin supple and glowing at all times.
A healthy lifestyle
Lopex loves trying out new diets and foods. But what she avoids completely, are caffeine alcohol and smoking. Instead, she prefers to drink water throughout the day, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and work out which also helps her skin's quality improve.
Sunscreen
We have never found the singer basking in the sun for long hours and takes sun protection very seriously. "SPF is key" she revealed in an interview and also mentioned that she doesn't step outside home without slathering it on and doesn't stay in the sun for too long.

Sleep on time
In terms of skincare, Lope mentioned that her number-one tip is to get enough sleep for it is crucial. She makes sure she has at least eight hours of rest every night.
Taking off makeup
Like any other person who knows what's good for their skin, Lopez revealed that she doesn't go to bed without taking off her makeup since she is aware that the makeup clogs her pores and then develop acne.
