Malaika Arora is one of the fittest and hottest celebrities we have in the glamour industry. The 45-year-old has been looking fitter than ever and is definitely in her best possible shape. The actor’s gym looks have already been creating a major buzz and her fitness regime is something that the World want to know. Malaika in an interview with Elle India spilled the beans about her skincare and fitness regime.

Arora revealed about her fitness regime, she said that she practises yoga every day without fail for 20 minutes. Apart from that to build strength and to lengthen the body she does pilates and weight training. She also said that she tries to swim whenever she is travelling. When she was asked about what tips she would like to give to the beginners, she believes that the key thing to do is remain focused and dedicated. She also said that a transformation is never overnight and is a gradual process so one should hang in there and give it time.

Malaika’s also known for her flawless and glowy skin and she confessed that she is obsessed with skincare. She also sticks to basics which includes drinking lots of water and following the cleansing-toning-moisturising routine religiously every day. Malaika highly recommends sunscreens even if one is at home as it gives an added layer of protection to the skin.

Malaika also shared the best beauty advice that she has ever received and it was from makeup artist, Cory Wallia. He had told her to apply castor oil on her lashes and brows before going to bed. The other beauty advice that she swears by is trimming the hair regularly as it does make a difference.

The Chaiyya Chaiyya actress gave out some really helpful DIY home remedies for flawless skin. She makes an easy face pack of tomatoes, papaya and potatoes by blending it together, pouring in some cold water and freeze it in a tray. You can then keep rubbing these cubes on the face and let the juices stay on for a bit. For her hair, she whisks bananas, eggs with some coconut oil and applies it nicely on the roots and lengths of her hair. Keep it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
