Every weather has some of the other impacts on your skin. The sun is so harsh on your skin that you end up with suntan or sunburns on your skin and it takes a toll on your skin and the winters are not any better. The cold weather is equally harsh on the skin. It denies your skin of the moisture and dehydrates it. Living with dry skin is not practical. This is when the banana comes into play. Banana is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. It helps reverse sun damage and slows down the skin ageing. Banana has a high-water content and it helps hydrates your skin and keeps it healthy. A banana face mask can work wonders for your skin and it also helps you reduce and prevent skin-related problems. You can easily make a face pack with some basic ingredients that are easily found in your kitchen.

 

Here are tips to make a natural face mask at home within minutes.

1. Simply take one banana and mash it properly. Make a pulp and smoothen it as much as you can. Apply this on your face and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

2. Take a ripe banana and mash it in a bowl. Mix a spoonful of freshly squeezed lemon juice and one spoon of honey. Mix it well and apply it all over your face and neck. Let it sit for 20 minutes before you rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can also massage your face with this mix if you want.

3. Use two spoons of turmeric powder and mix it with one mashed banana. Add a little bit of baking soda and some water and make a smooth paste. Apply this on your face and let it be for 20 to 25 minutes before you rinse it off with warm water.

4. Mix some fresh aloe vera gel with one mashed banana. Mix it properly and add half a spoon of honey and a spoon of multani mitti. Make a smooth paste and apply it all over your face and neck and let it dry. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

5. Take one spoon of sandalwood powder and mix it with a banana. Add some honey and milk to this mix and make a smooth paste without any lumps. Apply it on your face and let it dry. Post that, wash it with plain water and don't use any face wash.
