Basically, drugs are for switching off the mind from the world, which is not a good thing to do. Running away from the problems and not dealing with them will create more problems. If we listen to our heart or the Soul, it will tell you what the right thing is. I listened to my heart and made the decision to never do it again. After all it was not doing any good to me.”

My love Zara Barring is very spiritual. She was the one whose tears made me promise myself not to touch drugs again, no matter what. I will not let drugs destroy my life and make her cry. Then divert mind from the craving. The trick is to keep your mind occupied. My tools were reading self-improvement books like Soul wise, Journey home etc. will give you more inspiration to not do drugs. Also, meditate! It's relaxing and naturally intoxicating. You feel so free, good and light that you don't feel like need of having any drug. Some good places to learn meditation is Yogoda Satsanga Society of India by Paramahansa Yogananda and Bramha Kumari or any Yoga teacher who teaches meditation. Mediation also helps you to deal with your problems and solve them. Work out with clean diet that will purify your blood and the craving will drop for drugs. Look into your problems and deal with them with full heart and solve them. Balance in everything is the key to a perfect life. Last but not the least, don't touch drugs ever again!
