Before the commencement of the big tournament, the Indian cricketers were all in for having a bit of relaxation post the hectic two months of IPL. The World Cup that begins on May 30 will encounter its first match between England and South Africa, whilst the Indian Team will play its first match on June 5 against South Africa. Let’s have a look at the cricketers enjoyed their much needed mini break before heading for the tournament. Rohit Sharma- After winning this year’s Indian Premier League, the Mumbai Indians Captain was seen taking a break before the World Cup. Rohit Sharma was seen spending quality time with his family at Maldives.

Hardik Pandya- Looks like the Indian all-rounder is too pumped up before the World Cup. He posted a video on his instagram of him working out where he mentioned about his no rest days before the World Cup. His fitness will be an important aspect for the Indian Team in the long run.

No rest days when the World Cup is around the corner

Yuzvendra Chahal- After a not so good IPL season with Royal Challengers Bangalore, Yuzvendra Chahal was seen having a chilled time in Goa. A good sunny day by the beach would be a perfect relaxation technique for this leg spinner before the World Cup.
