India vs Australia, World Cup 2019: Men in Blue meet India’s High Commissioner to UK ahead of match

The Virat Kohli-led Team India on Friday met India’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Mrs. Ruchi Ghanashyam at her residence ahead of their second match of ICC World Cup 2019 against Australia.
India displayed a dominating show in the opening game, defeat South Africa by six wickets to announce themselves in the tournament. The Men in Blue showed why are they considered as one of the hot favourites to life the World Cup as both bowlers and batsmen looked quite confident with their performances.
Meanwhile, after the match, the team alongside support staff paid a visit to Indian High Commissioner to the UK. Mrs. Ghanashyam hosted the team and wished them luck for the mega tournament. The official handle of High Commission of India in London tweeted pictures of the meeting while captioning it as, “Her Excellency Mrs. Ruchi Ghanashyam , the High Commissioner of India to the UK hosted Indian Cricket team to wish good luck for the World Cup.@RuchiGhanashyam @MEAIndia #IndianCricketTeam”
Board of Control for Cricket in India later also posted more snaps from the get-together. The confident Indian side will now have to face a tough task against Australia in their next match. Aussies have been in phenomenal form and are currently at the top of the table. However, Kohli and Co surely won’t leave any stone unturned to run away with a win on Sunday.
