The saga of Indian superheros, Mahabharat has always been a hit with masses. Being awarded the best Drama Series at the Star Guild Awards 2014 reiterates this fact.
Great visuals, pacey storyline and and adherence to the actual story, has been somethings that the audience has appreciated. Even the names associated with the show have been those of reputed people. Ajay-Atul and Ismail Darbar have created the music and Salim Khan has mentored the creative directors on the series.
The actors have been casted appropriately - the beautiful Pooja Sharma as Draupadi, the serene Saurabh Raj Jain as Lord Krishna, the good looking Shaheer Sheikh as Arjun and the strong Miraj Joshi as Bheem.
All in all, the Hindu myth has been dramatized well to suit the taste of Indian TV viewers.
