Yash Patnaik’s ‘Ek Veer Ki Ardas…Veera’ added a new feather to its cap by completing 700 episodes recently. To celebrate the amazing feat, the cast assembled for a cake cutting ceremony on the set.

Actor Shivin Narang aka Ranveer, shares," I am really happy that we have completed 700 episodes but I personally haven't completed my 700 episodes with Veera . It's a great feeling that our show is one of the longest running show. I really want to thank all our fans for showering so much of love on us. Now people know me by my character name Veerji. I like everything about Veera the story is very nice and our show is very different and we have the best team. I also think Punjab audience has liked our show a lot. At the end we give our 100 percent with honesty and we get results for the same, and that is more important."

The captain of the ship, producer Yash Patnaik says,"700 episodes is a very satisfying milestone. We are grateful to Star Plus for believing in a different concept like ‘Veera’ and backing it through and through. We are thankful to the wonderful audience for appreciating us and our storytelling and my lovely team for putting up such great individual and collective effort. It has been a very special journey and I am sure we will continue provide quality entertainment for a long time to come.”

According to Patnaik the reasons behind Veera's success is the honest storytelling and constant rediscoveries. He further says, "The biggest compliment has been when people tell me how Veera has helped them understand their siblings better.”

Sneha Wagh aka Ratan made a re-entry in the show after tying the knot. Even she echoed Yash Patnaik’s sentiments. She adds, "After doing ‘Jyoti’, I was very cautious in choosing my next show and when I took up ‘Veera’ I was totally impressed with Ratan's character. After finishing 700 episodes, I realized that real characters and honest presentation are responsible for the long journey of ‘Veera’."

Congratulations to Team Veera and we hope to see the show get better than before with every milestone.
