It is something only someone like Karan Johar could have managed to pull-off. No, we are not talking about the remake of ‘Karan Arjun Part 2’ starring Salman and Shah Rukh, but, about new rivals Parineeti Chopra and Alia Bhatt coming together for a long conversation on Koffee with Karan.
Word has it that Karan’s invitation to have coffee with him on his chat show has been graciously accepted by the two leading ladies of B-Town. So what’s so special about Alia and Pari sharing the same couch on the show, you may ask? Well, remember the episode featuring Alia with her SOTY actors Varun and Siddharth, in which she took Pari’s name when asked about the person who makes her insecure? And Alia even talked about giving the Style for Dummies guide book to Pari for the latter’s lack of fashion sense.
These statements were enough to start a round of gossip session on the duo’s fashion and acting talent. Much has been said about the ongoing yet not-so-apparent rivalry between Bhatt Junior and Chopra Junior, but we think that the girls will be trying to brush it off under the couch in a diplomatic manner on the show.
