Diya aur Baati Hum: Bigger problems in store for Sandhya and Sooraj

From today’s episode, it appears that Sandhya’s life at the IPS training camp is going to be even more challenging. The newly appointed Officer Roy, has set a tough task before the cadets. They are supposed to compete with each other in a cycle race and there is negative marking for every misstep taken by them.
Officer Roy further announces that the cadets are supposed to select any position in the range of 1 to 30, and in case they fail to attain the position selected by them, they will be given negative marking which will affect their overall score.
Like everyone, Sandhya comes forward to mark her race position. She chooses no. 28 out of the top 30 with the thought of winning the trophy. Zakir taunts her by saying that he thought she would choose a higher number as she had boasted the other day how she would win the trophy with her hard work.
Some random cadet, out of sheer jealousy, puts Zakir on the 1st position in the race. Zakir eyes the guy angrily for doing this to him.
During dinner hours, Sandhya reveals the reason why she chose no. 28 as her position for the cycle race. She says she did not want to take any risk by choosing a higher number as that would mean negative marking for her in case she loses.
Back home in Pushkar, Kavita employs another trick to win over Sooraj & his family. When her party member, for whom Sooraj and his workman had prepared sweetmeats at the celebrations, asks his staff member to clean the soiled utensils, Kavita steps in to chide that man for asking Sooraj’s workman to do the job which he is not meant to do.
The party member apologizes for his mistake, while Sooraj leaves quite impressed with Kavita.
Precap: Cadet Zakir changed Sandhya’s position from number 28 to no. 18 in the cycle racing display board.
