Bigg Boss: Crores of rupees to pay Salman Khan but none for the dead carpenter?

If the information we have managed to get our hands on is true, then it surely proves that the big bad corporate world only cares for the money spinning celebs, not for the ones who toil behind the scenes to make their dreams come true.

An online entertainment tabloid reports that nearly four months ago, a poor carpenter called Ramesh Maurya, employed on the sets of Bigg Boss 7, died owing to hear failure. But, what’s worse for the carpenter’s family is that they have not been duly compensated for the loss by the production house, Endemol. Despite repeated requests, the producers are unwilling to part with even a rupee from their treasury as according to them, the carpenter died due to natural causes which does not make them liable to pay the compensatory amount.

It is quite disheartening to know that the makers of Bigg Boss, who reaped in gold due to the show’s immense success, don’t even want to give any heed to the poor man’s family's plight. Instead, they have all the money in the world to pay Salman Khan and other contestants. We believe that a few thousands rupees would not have burned a hole in their pockets. Even Being Human Salman Khan would agree? What say Pinkvillans?
