The finale episode of Bigg Boss Season 9 could not have been grander; and all those of you who either missed catching up or were left wanting for more, here is the entire synopsis for you!

With bated breath the audience and the evicted contestant await Salman Khan’s arrival. In no time, Salman takes to stage and announces what all is about to unfold and what to expect.

As Salman connects to the bedecked contestants – Rochelle, Mandana, Prince and Rishabh via Me TV, he lightens up the atmosphere by cracking a few jokes, and of course, pilling Mandy’s leg for the last time.

He jokingly tells Mandana that they had tried connecting to her boyfriend Gaurav to invite him for the finale. However, he told them on phone that he is in Thailand busy having a massage and asked them to call later!

Mandana takes the jokes sportingly and answers that she would find herself a new boyfriend once she is out. Soon after, Salman surprises Mandana by introducing her to one of her acquaintances among the guests. While, Mandana gets excited to see the lady, she turns blank when Salman asks her to introduce them to her friend. Salman takes the initiative to do the needful by reminding Mandana that she is Cyndi – her fitness trainer and comments, “ab itni Hindi bologi to Cyndi ko to bhool jaogi.”

After a few stage performances featuring Rochelle-Keith and Rishabh, Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh, Salman announces the arrival of the most-awaited Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapoor on stage to promote their movie Fitoor. They dance on the romantic number Pashmina, and at Salman’s behest, join the finale contestants in the BB house. The two are received cordially by the contestants. However, the next thing we see is Rochelle being declared as the third runner-up of the show and is ushered out of the house by Katrina and Aditya. Salman receives Rochelle on stage and quizzes her about her innermost feelings. She answers that she wants Rishabh to be the winner because he is a child at heart and has been fine despite being attacked many times by the housemates.

Then after, while Rochelle joins Keith and other contestants in the pavilion on set, Katrina and Aditya become the centre of Salman’s attention. Salman showers ample praises on Katrina, while she keeps quiet and smiling all along.

Later, a few senior reporters quiz the finale contestants and bombard them with bitter questions. While, Prince is asked about what he did to Kishwer. Mandana is questioned for being such a nuisance wherever she goes. Surprisingly, instead of arguing to defend herself, she owns up that she is a troublemaker even for her family!

Rishabh, surprisingly, gives quite impressive answers and handles the aggressive reporters maturely. In the end, he ends up winner the hearts of the media persons and impresses Salman as well! One of the reporters comments before leaving that he would be surprised if Prince wins the show given the kind of values he has exhibited in the house.

Finally, a group of jallads enter the house and carry Mandana away in the palanquin. On finding themselves to be the top two finalists of the season, Rishabh and Prince proudly declare, “is jungle mein hum do sher.”

Moments after, they are asked to switch off the lights of the house and leave the place “double-trouble” style tied to each other in a bandhan.

As they enter the stage through the Bigg eye, Salman commends their spirit and assures that for him both of them are the winners. At last, the moment arrives when Salman declares Prince as the winner!
