Sanaya Irani shopped for her bridal trousseau wearing burqa in Chandni Chowk!
For a day that is supposed to be one of the most memorable days of your life, a wedding requires a lot of planning. There’s the trousseau, the venue, the guest list and more. And, if you could get through these parts without going crazy, well, it is worth commending!
That’s the case with Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal who are done with their wedding preparations.
An entertainment portal discloses some inside details of MoNaya wedding which has been slated for January 25 in Goa.
So, first thing first. The venue of the nuptials shall be the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Goa. Even the guests will be putting up in the same hotel. For a change, Sanaya and Mohit have sent their wedding invite in a video format to special friends and members of the family only.
Of all the celebs from TV Town, Barun Sobti, Drashti Dhami, Arjun Bijlani, Raqesh Vashishth, Ridhi Dogra, Akshay Dogra, Daljeet Kaur and Sanaya's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa choreographer Jai Kumar Nair are expected to make it to the Goan wedding.
The groom shall be wearing a sherwani for the wedding. Bride-to-be Sanaya, in all likelihood, shall be dressing in a pink dress designed by her friend cum designer Roshni Chopra. We also gather than Sanaya went scouring the narrow bylanes of Old Delhi’s Chandni Chowk wearing a burqa to shop for her trousseau!
On January 24, the bride and the groom’s family will assemble in Goa to make the most of the beach wedding. There will be a volley ball match between the two families which will be followed by a cocktail party in the evening.
The wedding rituals are scheduled to start in the morning of January 25 with the haldi ceremony.
And guess what, it will be a Punjabi wedding for the Parsi bride.
