Namish Taneja celebrates Lohri with Swaragini cast! (PICS)
Namisha Taneja aka Lakshya of Swaragini is a Punjabi from Delhi, so it was obvious for him to look forward to Lohri celebrations even this year. The actor, however, could not join his family in the National Capital owing to work and shoots. Therefore, he thought of throwing a Lohri party at his Mumbai pad.
"Being a Punjabi, I always look forward to celebrate Lohri with my near and dears. When I was in Delhi, we used to have assemble at home and do bhangra around the bonfire. I was missing the fun, so I made an impromptu plan and invited my co-stars at home. It's almost a year since I started shooting for Swaragini, I have spent so much time with them on the set, now they have become a family for me. That's why I decided to celebrate the festival with my extended family."
Nikita Sharma, Sonika Handa, Amar Sharma, Aakanksha Chamola, Tarun Singh and Khyati Mangla came to celebrate the festival. While Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar was not in Mumbai, Helly Shah and Varun Kapoor had an early morning shoot. Hence, they could not make it for the celebrations.
