Laado 2 actress Palak Jain and Tapasvi Mehta's pre wedding festivities begin; see pics

It is the wedding season and wedding bells are ringing for Laado 2 actress Palak Jain. Yes, the Buddy Project star is all set to tie the knot with her long-time beau Tapasvi Mehta on February 10 and the pre-wedding festivities leading up to the d-day have already started off. Palak and Tapasvi had recently organized a sagan and chunri rasam and the same was attended by their families and close friends. For the ceremony, Palak was seen wearing a pink lehenga and traditional jewellery, Tapasvi was seen sporting an off-white Indian outfit. The duo later had hosted bash for the fraternity friends. For the pre-wedding party, Palak chose and black and golden lehenga, Tapasvi was seen in a black suit. From Ronit Roy, Bharati Kumar-Kunal Jaisingh, Kishwer Merchant and Suyyash Rai and Shweta Kawatra among others. 

As per reports, the duo will get married in her hometown, Indore. Her haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies will also take place on February 7, 8 and 9, respectively. “I have always dreamt of a fairytale and elaborate wedding. So, I will have every possible function leading up to the D-day. I am excited about getting married in the month of love, and we will take off to New Zealand for our honeymoon.” Check out the pics right here:

When asked why she chose her hometown, Indore for the wedding, Palak told, “I could have got married in Mumbai, but I have my own reasons for choosing Indore. Firstly, it’s my hometown and secondly, I want people to take two days off and consider it as a short holiday. I don’t want them to stress about work. My father jokes that he shouldn’t have a seating arrangement for the bride, as she won’t be sitting at all. I am part of almost every dance performance at my functions.”
