Reports suggest that Kapil Sharma cancelled shooting with Amitabh Bachchan.
The news of Kapil Sharma having cancelled the shoot of The Kapil Sharma Show that was to feature Superstar Amitabh Bachchan surprised many.
It was said that the actor's ill health and his tantrums were the reason for calling off the shoot. But it was later stated how the current ongoing workers’ strike, was what led to the cancellation of the episode shoot. But putting rest to every possible rumour, the EVP & Business Head, Danish Khan of Sony TV, which is the home channel to both KBC and TKSS, stated how nothing was true and that Amitabh was never going to shoot for any episode on TKSS.
He tweeted, "There was no such episode to be shot in the first place itself. He tweeted, “Not true. KBC shoot is on and there was never any plan of Mr. Bachchan shooting with Mr. Kapil Sharma."
Meanwhile, recent rumours suggested that the comedian made Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma and then the Mubarakan cast waiting for several hours when they visited the sets to promote their upcoming films. While Arjun Kapoor took to Twitter to slam the reports, the rumours refused to die. However, Kapil never came out to the forefront to speak on these rumours.
Reacting to it, Kapil while exclusively talking to us said that he doesn’t know who rakes up such rumours. “Ab main react nahi karta. Kuch log hain, pata nhi kaun, kya chahate hain, kyun kar rahe hain yeh.. lekin ab main kya react karun? (I don’t react now. There are some people behind this, Don’t know who and what they want. What to react now?),” he said.
Kapil recently fainted on the sets twice because of his ill-health. While assuring that he is fine now, Kapil said, “Main bohut jyada sensitive hoon, bohut jyada soch leta hoon, shayad usi wajah se hua..work stress hi bohut tha pichle dino.. (I am a very sensitive person and I overthink a lot, maybe because of that I fell ill. There was a lot of work stress lately).”
