Here’s How to Get Aloy in Genshin Impact After Update 2.2
To claim Aloy in Genshin Impact, PlayStation gamers must first connect to the game and then view their in-game mail. This cooperation event will run through November 24, so PlayStation users should make sure they've logged into the game and checked their mail for her before then. The only prerequisite is that they have an Adventure Rank of 20 or higher. To obtain her, Genshin Impact players do not need to complete any tasks; instead, if they fulfill the sole criterion, they’ll be able to get Aloy. Players that obtained her in version 2.1 will not be able to obtain another copy in version 2.2.

Aloy is a participant in an ongoing event that has been separated into two parts, the first of which began on October 13. Nonetheless, Section 2 will begin at the end of Genshin 2.2 and the start of Genshin 2.3, implying that Aloy will not be available on Cell or PC for at least six weeks.
Players on the PC and mobile versions of the game will have to wait until patch 2.2 to get their hands on Aloy. They'll be able to claim her through the mail at any moment between the release of patch 2.2 and the maintenance for patch 2.3.
Aloy is the first collaborative character in Genshin Impact and a Cryo bow user. She does have a constellation to boost her numbers, but it's locked because there aren't any multiples of her. Players will need things from Inazuma to upgrade Aloy, which means their Adventurer Rank must be 30 or above. To rise, she needs Crystalline Blooms, Crystal Marrow, and Spectral Husks.
