NVIDIA GeForce NOW Cloud Gaming Gets New Game Titles from Electronic Arts (EA)

Cloud gaming has grown in popularity among gamers who do not have access to a large number of games due to a lack of appropriate hardware. NVIDIA has teamed with Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) to enhance the library of games on its cloud gaming service NVIDIA GeForce NOW, removing this hardware barrier between players and games. The collaboration will expand EA game titles' reach to millions of gamers in new locations and on new devices.

Accessing Games on Cloud

The collaboration between EA and NVIDIA has provided joy to users who do not have a powerful gaming PC or use devices such as tablets, phones, Chromebooks and under-powered laptops. GeForce NOW will enable about 1 billion gamers with incompatible devices to play some of EA's legendary titles. Because of the partnership, Electronic Arts will have access to more than 12 million gamers. GeForce NOW streams over 20 million hours of gameplay every month from 30 data centres in more than 70 countries. Epic and Steam game store titles will also be included.

According to NVIDIA, around 80% of gamers who access the GeForce Now cloud service do not have a suitable device to play the most recent games. Now, developers are not obliged to conduct any new development or porting, while gamers may access hit titles from their library without having to repurchase the games or deal with large downloads, patches, and upgrades. GeForce Now streams games you already own if Nvidia holds the licencing rights in cloud gaming services like Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Cloud Gaming, Google Stadia, and Amazon Luna, where your subscription pays to access the library of games to choose and stream the games. All you have to do is pay for faster access and more advanced services.

Popular game titles such as Dragon Age Inquisition, Battlefield 1 Revolution, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, and Unravel Two have been added to the NVIDIA GeForce NOW cloud gaming service by EA. The videogame company intends to add more games to the NVIDIA cloud gaming service. Previously, EA has released Apex Legends to the GeForce NOW Library.
