Minecraft Live 2021 Introduces A Grumpy Little ‘Glare’ Mob; One of the Three Mob Candidates
Another mob vote will take place at Minecraft Live 2021 this year. In Live 2021, players will have the option of voting on one of three mobs.
This year at Minecraft Live 2021, there will be another mob vote. The developer of Minecraft, Mojang Studios is hard at work on Part Two of the Caves and Cliffs Update for Minecraft, as well as getting ready to show off the future of the game at Minecraft Live 2021. Players will have the opportunity to vote for one of three mobs in Live 2021. Mojang said a few days ago that the nominees for the Mob Vote would be revealed during Minecraft Live 2021. Ahead to the premiere of Minecraft Live 2021 on October 16, 2021, Mojang has already started revealing candidates for Mob Vote 2021, and first and foremost, there's the glare. The winner's name will appear in the 1.19 update.
‘Glare’, The First Mob Candidate
Glare is the first Minecraft Mob Vote 2021 candidate. The glare is a small green mob that resembles a pair of eyeballs hidden within a floating bush. Glare will be a mob with two distinct personalities. If it's included in the game, it'll warn you when places are dark enough for monsters to spawn by flying into those gloomy areas, and in well-lit areas, it will show a cute and wholesome side. There is no information regarding where it spawns. Glare is spotted lurking in a special structure containing copper blocks, a chest, a barrel, two armour stands, and redstone lamps in the mob reveal video. This could be a new building in the next Minecraft 1.19 version.

This week ahead of Minecon Live on Saturday, October 16, the other two potential candidates for this year's mob vote will be announced. The luminous squid took first place in last year's crowd voting. While the developers have included (or at least aim to add) every choice from prior biome votes to the game at some point, the same cannot be said for mob votes. In a few months, Mojang will release the second phase of the Caves and Cliffs update, which will finally include the long-awaited cave biomes. Dripstone caves are bleak, unlike lush caves and deep black caves, which have their own peculiar mobs.
