Wondering how to stay motivated on your weight loss journey? Here's how.
Easy-peasy tips that will make your fitness journey a cake walk.
If you have stumbled upon this article then you surely must be trying to shed some pounds or tone yourself and make your body stronger. Going to the gym or exercising is a tedious task for all of us and we hate doing it. " I’ll start from tomorrow" is one of our everyday phrases now. As much as we love hogging on pizzas, burgers and those mouth-watering pastries our bodies aren’t much friendly with the high-calorie food. Plus the problem is we focus more on our work and TV while eating, not focusing on our food, also we focus on loosing that weight but not being a fitter version of ourselves. If you want to fit in that sexy body con dress but that muffin top just doesn’t support it, then this article is for you. We won’t be giving you any fancy fast working diets or morning drinks that will make your tummy fat reduce. We are just going to give you some tips to stay motivated on your journey to be a fitter version of you.
Make smaller goals
Make a goal to just eat a lighter dinner for today or have more protein for the day. Make small-small goals for the day and make it a point to only complete those goals and tada! it won’t be long before you fulfil your big goal.
Get the clothes that you can’t fit in close
If you have a dress that you desperately want to fit in, keep it the first thing in our wardrobe. Wear that dress every week to see how much better if it’s fitting you. Even if it’s fitting the same as last week take it as a challenge and try to fit in it better each week.

Just wear those shoes
If you are bored to go for a run just wear your running shoes and change into your gym wear. After you are all dressed up it won’t be long until you get out of your house to go for that run.
Keep a motivational quote as your wallpaper
Keep a motivating quote as your wallpaper and make sure you read it every single day. Change it after a week or something so that you don’t get bored of it and have something new to look up to.

Take pictures
As much as we love taking selfie invest some time on clicking picture after every week and then compare your pictures. Even if there’s a small change it will motivate you to see a big change but if there isn’t any chance that will motivate you too to work hard so that you see some changes.
Get a pal
Getting a weight loss buddy or a training buddy will motivate you to work harder. One main point here is to make sure you both motivate yourself so on the days when you fill like not working out. For example you can text each other each morning that you can and you will do this.
